What you should see
- On load: the Google tag (googletagmanager.com) is requested straight away.
- Tag Assistant > Consent: default = denied for ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization.
- GA4 hits before a choice carry
gcs=G100(cookieless). - After Accept all: an update to granted appears and hits carry
gcs=G111.
