What you should see
- On load: no request to googletagmanager.com. The panel shows the Google tag as held.
- Reject all: the Google tag stays held and never loads on this visit.
- Accept all (or accept analytics or marketing): COKIQ releases the tag; Tag Assistant shows the denied default and then the granted update.
