What you should see

On load: the Google tag (googletagmanager.com) is requested straight away.
Tag Assistant > Consent: default = denied for ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization.
GA4 hits before a choice carry gcs=G100 (cookieless).
After Accept All: an update to granted appears and hits carry gcs=G111.
