What you should see

COKIQ sends two consent defaults: granted for every region, and denied with region = the 30 EEA countries + GB + CH (advanced mode).
Visitor outside the EEA/UK/CH (for example the US): no banner, consent stays granted, GA4 hits carry gcs=G111.
Visitor in the EEA/UK/CH: the banner opens, defaults are denied (gcs=G100) until the visitor accepts.
Test both sides: simulate a US visitor or simulate a German visitor (changes COKIQ's geo only; Google uses its own location for the region default, so for a full check use a VPN or Chrome DevTools > Sensors > Location).
