Yes for account setup, research, and later Specification Adoption. The actual public self-attestation should wait until the relevant GPP or US privacy implementation is live and verified.

Is this the same as IAB Europe TCF registration?

No. IAB Tech Lab GPP/Specification Adoption is not the same as paid IAB Europe CMP registration or TCF certification.

Can we sell to India-focused customers now?

Yes, with honest wording. COKIQ can support India DPDP readiness workflows and evidence, while final legal wording and applicability need customer-side review.

What should sales say?
